Nomidex account deletion
A user can delete a Nomidex account and related data directly in the app or request deletion through support.
Delete in the app
Profile → Profile settings → Account deletion → Delete account.
If app access is lost
A user can request account deletion through support. Please include the email address of the Nomidex account. We may ask you to confirm account ownership.

Data that may be retained for a limited time
Some technical, financial, or legally required records may be retained for a limited time when needed for security, abuse prevention, accounting, or legal compliance. This data is not used to operate the account and is deleted or anonymized when retention is no longer required.
