Data and security
- User data is treated as confidential information and is used to operate the app, sync progress, support accounts, and improve the service.
- Data and payment information are transmitted through protected network connections; card details are entered on the payment provider side.
- Access to data is limited to authorized persons and systems only to the extent needed for service operation, support, and legal requirements.
- Goals, notes, records, and other user content are not published to other users and are not sold to advertisers.
Account and data deletion
- A user may delete the account through the app where available or contact support at hello@nomidex.kg.
- After account deletion, access to the service ends, and related user data is deleted, anonymized, or no longer processed within the limits and timing of internal processes, backups, and legal requirements.
