Studio order details
Submit your request free of charge. After reviewing your materials, the operator agrees scope, deadline, price and whether a short sample can be produced, before work starts.
What is included
One product, one agreed virtual model, one location and a simple movement; a vertical MP4 in 9:16, editing and colour adjustment. Choose a whole-number duration from 5 to 30 seconds. Suitable music is agreed with the required rights for the intended platform; without permission, the video is supplied without music. Complex movements and additional scenes are quoted separately.
Price
Base rate: KGS 60 per second. 5 s — KGS 300; 10 s — 600; 15 s — 900; 18 s — 1,080; 20 s — 1,200; 25 s — 1,500; 30 s — 1,800. After reviewing the material, we record the final amount, scope, deadline and revisions in the brief before costs or payment. Previously agreed orders keep their existing terms.
Voiceover and additional variants
Off-screen voiceover is excluded from the base price: text, language, duration and price are agreed separately. A talking model and lip synchronisation are not included. Additional colours, models and scenes have a separate scope and quote; they are not a free bonus. Other colourways require reliable fabric references and approval of the result.
Your material and our checks
Provide front, back and side photos or footage, close-ups of fabric, colour, fastenings and important details; a product or Instagram link is welcome for initial discussion. You must have the rights to use the material and to use faces, voices and music in advertising. Public availability does not replace permission. We do not guarantee identical pixels, colour or fit: the product and complete video are checked against the source material, and missing details are agreed before work. Location filming is not included.
Sample and revisions
The request is free. Before production, the operator agrees whether a watermarked sample is possible, its duration, scope and terms; free generation is not promised. The look and product details are approved before animation. One consolidated revision list within the agreed scope is included. Studio errors are corrected at no extra charge. A new product, look, background, script or additional variant is quoted separately before work.
Approval, payment and delivery
Approve the current brief and agreed sample on your private page. Then pay the full agreed amount through the existing FreedomPay payment page; enter card details only with the payment provider. A message, screenshot or return from checkout does not confirm payment: the server verifies the transaction, amount and order versions. After verified payment and review of the completed video, the clean MP4 becomes available on your private page. Keep your private link confidential. Deadlines depend on scope and capacity; round-the-clock responses are not promised.
Cancellation and refunds
You can decline before payment without being charged. If the studio cannot fulfil the agreed order, an authorised staff member reviews a refund through the original transaction with the payment provider and bank. Cancellation after work starts is reviewed against confirmed completed stages and applicable requirements. Automatic refunds and a fixed crediting time are not promised; status and timing are checked separately with the provider and bank.
Examples and publishing
Virtual models and AI concepts on the site are synthetic demonstrations, not customer reviews or proof of an exact fitting of your product. Each product requires its own quality checks. We publish your source materials and result in our portfolio only with separate permission; declining does not prevent delivery of your paid order.
Studio order data
Your name and contact details, links, submitted materials, preferences and consent record are stored in the existing Firebase storage for responding to your request, fulfilling the order and providing support. Submit your own materials or materials you have the right to use. Your private link gives access to the order: keep it confidential. Publishing source materials or the result in the portfolio requires separate permission. To request information, corrections or deletion, email hello@nomidex.kg. We first check that the requester is entitled to act on these data and account for obligations to retain payment records; automatic deletion and a new retention period are not promised.
