Public offer for Nomidex Premium access

This page explains what the customer receives after payment, how Premium access is activated, and how support works.

What the customer buys

  • The customer purchases digital access to Nomidex Premium for a selected period without any physical delivery.
  • Premium unlocks the deeper layer of the product: full journey history, deeper progress, rhythm protection, and extended goal and habit structure.
  • Each payment is linked to a specific tariff and the customer's email.

Plans

  • Monthly Premium — KGS 269. Access remains active for one month after a successful payment.
  • Yearly Premium — KGS 2,490. Access remains active for one year after a successful payment.
  • All public prices are shown in the national currency of the Kyrgyz Republic — som (KGS). Approximate local equivalent: ≈ $3.08 · by NBKR rate on 02.06.2026. Approximate local equivalent: ≈ $28.47 · by NBKR rate on 02.06.2026.
  • The final access period and activation history are recorded in the system after payment confirmation.

How access is delivered

  • After a successful payment, access is linked to the email provided during checkout.
  • If an account with this email already exists, Premium is activated on the existing user.
  • If no account exists yet, the system prepares the access and sends a password setup email.

Support and disputed cases

  • For activation, refund, or access questions, the customer can contact support by email, WhatsApp, or Telegram.
  • The system stores the order history, payment status, and accepted offer version for service verification.
  • If a payment is disputed, we may request confirmation of the email, order, and access activation.

Refund rules

  • The customer may request a refund if the payment was charged but Premium access was not activated, if a duplicate payment occurred, or if a technical error prevented access to the service.
  • To request a review, email hello@nomidex.kg and include the account email, payment date, amount, and reason.
  • Refunds are reviewed after checking the payment status, access activation, and bank or payment provider rules.
  • If approved, the refund is returned to the same payment instrument used for payment; final timing depends on the bank and payment system.

Service specifics

  • Nomidex provides digital app access and does not sell physical branded goods.
  • Nomidex is not an educational organization, does not provide training with diplomas or certificates, and does not require physical delivery.
  • Access is delivered remotely after payment confirmation; card data is entered on the secure payment page side.

User data

  • The user is responsible for keeping sign-in credentials safe and for providing the correct email during payment.
  • The service applies technical and organizational measures to protect user data; access is limited to what is needed for service operation, support, and legal requirements.
  • Some data may be stored to perform the agreement, confirm payments, support the user, and comply with accounting or other lawful requirements.

Applicable law

  • The offer, payment flow, refunds, and support requests are handled with regard to the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
  • The user accepts the offer terms by proceeding with payment and using Premium access.
